摘要
为了推进毕业生就业这一重要工作，在教学管理上，我校采取各种有效措施，形成了“学生质量高、毕业生就业率高”的“双高”局面。这些措施包括：以社会需求为导向，积极申办新专业，巩固传统优势专业，建立主辅修制，实施品牌专业和精品课程战略，为人才培养和社会需求之间的无缝连接提供了可靠的保障；在课程体系改革方面，坚持通识教育与专业教育并重的人才培养模式，搭建了医学教育的A、B、C三个平台，加强基础、拓宽口径、强化技能训练，我校的毕业生受到用人单位的广泛好评；进一步规范学籍管理，服务于招生就业工作；建立健全有效的教学质量评价与监控体系，确保人才培养质量。
In order to push forward the work of graduates＇ employment, our school has taken various kinds of effective measures in teaching management and achieved ＂double high＂--＂high in the quality of graduates and high in the rate of employment＂, These measures include the following aspects： according to social demands, applying for new specialties and consolidating the traditional advantaged specialty, providing major and minor courses in the specialty system, implementing the strategy of brand name courses and excellent courses, all of which have offered the reliable assurance for the close match between talents cultivation and social demands. In curricular reform, we insist on the talents training mode of giving general education and specialized education equal importance; put up three platforms of medical education, strengthen the foundation, extend the range, and enhance technical ability training. Therefore, the graduates of our university have received extensive favorable comments from employing units. We also further standardize student status management for student＇ employment work, and guarantee personnel training quality through setting up and improving an effective system of teaching quality control and evaluation.
