摘要
通过对泡沫细胞的形成机制及相关因子的研究,总结现代医学和中医中药对巨噬细胞的干预和影响的有关文献,归纳中西药对巨噬细胞的形成时自由基、血脂、细胞因子、钙离子浓度、受体蛋白及相关基因表达的干预作用机制。
Through summarize internal and external document about research progress of foam cell Formation mechanism and the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine to foam cell formtion. To conclude the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on free radical, blood lipoprotein, cytokines, concentration of calcium ion, protein of receptor and correlative gene express while foam cell formation.
