摘要
目的通过对龈沟液量及其生化成分的检测,评价青少年戴用固定矫治器对牙周健康状况的影响。方法随机选择接受双颌固定矫治器治疗的青少年患者40例。首诊以及佩戴固定矫治器后4、8、12周时,分别记录菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、测量探诊深度和附着龈丧失水平。采用滤纸条法收集龈沟液样本,检测龈沟液中弹性蛋白酶(GCF-EA)和髓过氧化酶(GCF-MPO)的活性。结果戴用固定矫治器后,GCF量、GCF-EA和GCF-MPO的活性均明显增加;与中切牙相比,第一恒磨牙的变化更加显著。结论龈沟液中的生化成分能够更敏感的反映出牙周健康状况,可用于监测青少年戴用固定矫治器后的牙周健康状况。
Objective To observe changes of clinical parameters and biochemical ingredients in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) in adolescents with fixed orthodonticappliances and to evaluate the effects of the fixed orthodontic appliances on the health of the periodontal tissues. Methods Forty subjects with fixed orthodontic appliances aged between 11 and 18 years were selected for the study. Subjects were checked before and at the 4 week, 8 week, 12 week after wearing the fixed orthodontic appliances. GCF was collected with prefabricated paperstips. The plaque index (PLI), bleeding on probing(BOP), probing depth(PD) and the attachment loss(AL) were recorded. The activities of the elastase and the myeloperoxidase were determined separately by the substrate Meosuc - ala - ala - pro - val - NA and the ultra spectator. Results There were significant increase in the volume of GCF, the GCF - EA and the GCF - MPO activities after the subjects wore the fixed orthodontic appliances. Conclusion The biochemical ingredients analysis was more sensitive in monitoring the periodontal health in the orthodontic therapy.
