摘要
对维甲酸预防甲基硝基亚硝基肌(MNNG)诱导体外培养胎胃粘膜上皮细胞恶性转化的作用进行研究。结果发现,胃粘膜细胞先用10-5M或10-6M维甲酸预处理4h,再给MNNG,细胞增殖速率、软琼脂集落形成能力、非程序DNA合成(UDS)水平、质脂过氧化物和rasp21含量均显著低于MNNG组(P<0.05~0.01)。结果提示,维甲酸对MNNG诱导的胃粘膜上皮细胞损伤有防护作用。
The preventive effects of retinoic acid (RA) on gastric epithelial cells(GEC) in vitro damaged by N methyl N′ nitro N nitrosoguanidine(MNNG)were studied.It was found that the proliferative rate,the number of colony formation in soft agar,the level of unscheduled DNA synthesis(UDS),the contents of lipid peroxidation products and the concentrations of ras p21 in GEC,treated with 10 -5 mol and 10 -6 mol RA for 4h prior to MNNG administration,decreased obviously,compared with GEC treated without RA,the differences were significant( P <0 05~0 01).Our results indicate that RA can effectively prevent chemical damage on GEC from MNNG.
