摘要
为了聚合物分散液晶能应用于可柔性大面积显示,用表面沉积了ITO透明导电膜的PET塑料薄膜作为液晶盒的基板,在不同工艺条件下制作了样品。分析了制作条件对聚合物分散液晶膜电光特性的影响,尤其是对饱和驱动电压和对比度的影响。通过样品电光特性的分析研究,寻找一种降低聚合物分散液晶饱和驱动电压,提高其对比度的方法。
In order to apply PDLC to the display of flexible big area, we take the PET plastics thin film, whose surface is full of transparent and electric ITO film, as the foundation plate of the liquid crystal box, and create samples under various different craft condition. Then, this paper analyzes different factors' influence to the Electro - optic characteristics of the PDLC film under various creation conditions, in particular to saturated slaving voltage and contrast degree influence. Through the sample Electro -optic characteristic analysis research, we seek a better method to reduce the PDLC saturated slaving voltage and to enhance its contrast gradient.
