摘要
分子筛l#焙烧炉,是催化剂生产中的关键设备。本文通过金相分析法,对炉体材质、炉内热应力、焊接工艺等方面进行综合分析,确定了由于氧化腐蚀、蠕变导致的材质劣化、热循环应力作用下发生的热疲劳等是炉体失效的主要原因。
No. 1 molecular sieve roasting furnace is a principal equipment in the process of activator production. The paper aim at material, thermal- stress, welding technics of roasting furnace carry through synthetical analysis by means of metallography, confirm that primary factor of roasting furnace invalidation is thermal fatigue produces under some conditions such as oxidized corrosion, material turn for the worse as a result of creeping,action of thermal cycle stress.
