分子筛焙烧炉运行 6年后炉筒开裂 ,通过对其化学成分、金相组织及力学性能的检测和分析 ,得出了裂纹形成和扩展的原因 。
After 6 years running,cracks generated at several positions in the shell of tube furnace.Through chemical composition examination,mechanical properties test and analysis of the microstructure and fracture,the causes of cracks and enlargement of cracks were concluded,and a scheme was made for repair cracks.
