摘要
回转圆筒焙烧炉是化工生产装置的重要设备之一,长周期运行后筒体出现腐蚀甚至断裂,影响装置连续正常生产,需要进行部分筒体更换。简要介绍了回转圆筒焙烧炉的典型设备结构,更换的技术要求、专用工装及技术优势,详细介绍了回转圆筒焙烧炉3种常见位置筒体段的在线更换操作程序。该技术针对性强、对接精度高,填补了回转设备在线对接精度控制的空白,可为回转圆筒焙烧炉在线故障处理提供借鉴。
The rotary cylinder roasting furnace is one of the most important equipment in the chemical production plant.After a long period of operation,the cylinder body corrodes or even breaks,affecting the continuous normal production of the plant and requiring partial replacement of the cylinder body.The typical equipment structure,technical requirements of replacement,special tooling and technical advantages of rotary cylinder roasting furnace were briefly introduced,and the online replacement operation procedures of cylinder sections in three common positions of rotary cylinder roasting furnace were introduced in detail.The technology is highly targeted and has high docking accuracy,filling a gap in the online docking accuracy control of rotary equipment,which can provide a reference for online troubleshooting of rotary cylinder roasting furnaces.
