摘要
研究了将氰化物与叠氮化合物在微波辐射条件下反应,得到5-取代四氮唑合成了4个5-芳香取代的四氮唑衍生物,所得产物经IR,NMR鉴定。与原有方法相比,微波辐射法反应时间大大缩短(由几十小时缩短为几十分钟),还具有收率较高、后处理简单等优点。
Tetrazole derivatives have been extensively used in medicine, but there were some disadvantages in its classic synthetic method such as long reaction time (tens hours, even several days), low yield and the troublesome after-treatment. Using microwave irradiation method four 5-substitued tetrazole derivatives were prepared in 30 minutes, and the optimum reaction condition was obtained. The target compounds were identical with the document.
