化学合成酸性电位水的消毒效果及其毒性试验 被引量:1

摘要 目的对化学合成酸性电位水的消毒效果与毒性进行评价,为其推广应用提供依据。方法采用固体硫酸氢纳与次氯酸钙按一定比例混合经水溶解后生成酸性电位水,并观察其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀菌效果和皮肤变态反应,并进行经口毒性试验。结果(1)合成的酸性电位水有效氯为43 mg.L-1,pH为2.41,氧化还原电位(ORP)为1 148mV;(2)该酸性电位水在无有机物保护下,能在1 min内杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;能在20min内杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢;(3)该酸性电位水对皮肤刺激反应属极轻级,当其有效氯浓度增大5倍至215 mg.L-1,按急性毒性分级为实际无毒级。结论化学合成法生成的酸性电位水理化性质与传统电解法生成的酸性电位水理化性质相同,具有很强的消毒性能,对皮肤无刺激,毒性低,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the disinfection property and toxicity of electrolyzed-oxidizing water made by chemical synthesis in order to provide fundamental data for its application. Methods Electrolyzed-oxidizing water was made by the water solution of a mixture of solid sodium bisulfate and calcium hypochlorite with certain proportion. The germicidal efficacy on E coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtillis vamiger spores, and skin sensitization test were observed. Oral toxicity test was also performed. Results (1) The electrolyzed-oxidizing water had available chlorine content of 43 mg·L^-1, pH value 2.41, and ORP value 1148 mV. (2) Under the condition of no organic matter protection, the electrolyzed- oxidizing water could kill 99.99% of Bacillus subtillis varniger spores within 20 minutes, and kill 99.99% of both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus within 1 minute. (3) The skin stimulus experiment in guinea pigs showed that the stimulus rank was very slight, and the oral toxicity experiment in mice using available chlorine concentration of 215 mg·L^-1(by 5 times of 43 mg·L^-1) showed that it was in fact innocuity. Conclusion The physical and chemical property of chemonsynthetic electrolyzed-oxidizing water was similar to that of electrolyzed-oxidizing water produced by electrolysis method. It has strong disinfection effect, low toxicity and no stimulation to the skin, and is worth application.
