摘要
为观察酸性氧化电位水杀灭微生物效果 ,进行了实验室和现场实验。结果 ,以酸性氧化电位水原液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 7min ,对大肠杆菌作用 5min ,对白色念珠菌作用 2 0min ,平均杀灭率均达 99.90 %以上 ;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 30 0min ,未达消毒要求 ;有机物对其杀菌效果有一定影响。物体表面和手消毒现场试验结果表明 ,该剂原液作用 15min ,对物体表面自然菌的杀灭率达 90 %以上 ;冲洗 2min ,对手上自然菌的杀灭率达 94 %以上。
In order to observe the germicidal efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW), laboratory and field experiments were carried out. The results showed that the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to EOW stock solution for 7 min, Escherichia coli exposed for 5 min and Candida albicans exposed for 20 min were higher than 99.90%. Exposure of the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger for 300 min did not fulfil the requirement of disinfection. The organic substances exerted certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. The results of field test for disinfection of surfaces and hands indicated that the stock solution of EOW with a 15 min contact time killed more than 90% of the natural bacteria on surfaces. Rinse for 2 min killed more that 94% of the natural bacteria on hands.
