摘要
经检测,微波( 频率2450 MHz, 输出功率320 ~750 W) 与苯扎溴铵复方消毒剂溶液协同作用,对金属表面细菌有较好杀灭作用。以该微波输出功率为650 W 时,协同作用7 min ,或输出功率为750 W 时协同作用5 min,对医疗器械表面污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率均达100 % 。该复方消毒剂溶液对碳钢和不锈钢均无腐蚀作用。
Thesynergeticgermicidalefficacy of microwavegenerated by household microwave oven (fre quency 2450 MHz,adjustableoutput) and acompound disinfectantsolution (pH10 .5) containing bromogeramine (0 .2 % ) ,sodium carbonateand sodium bicarbonate was observed experimentally. The resultsshowedthatgood synergetic germicidalefficacy ofthe microwave ofthatfrequency was observed even atthe outputof320 W. When the medicaldevices were exposed to the microwave at outputof650 Wfor 7 min or at outputof750 Wfor 5 minin combination with the compound disinfectant,the killingrate of Bacillussubtilisvar.nigersporescontaminatingthesurfaceofthe devices was 100 % . No corrosion wasseenin both stainlesssteelcouponsand carbonsteelcoupons im mersedin the compound disinfectantsolution for72 hr.
