摘要
在煤的油团聚分选工艺中,加入某些特殊胺类分散剂可得到灰分低于1.0%的超纯煤.试验以PN-45分散剂为主,研究了该胺类分散剂在超细煤分选中对煤矸石中铝、硅酸盐矿物润湿性、分散性以及电动电位的影响,通过分析矸石中铝、硅酸盐矿物的表面特性,阐述了该类分散剂主要通过强的氢键吸附与其产生作用的机理,并利用红外光谱进一步验证了机理的合理性.
Ultra clean coal with ash content less than 1.0% can be obtained by adding some special amino dispersants in oil agglomeration process. Tests were made using PN 45 as the main dispersant to investigate the effect of amino dispersant on wetting, dispersion and zeta electrokinetic potential of aluminate and silicate in the rejects from separation of ultra fine coal. Based on surface characteristics of aluminate and silicate the mechanism of high hydrogen bonding effect of the dispersant is described. And the mechanism is checked and proved by the infra red spectrum.
