摘要
本文对细粒钛铁矿油团聚动力学进行了研究,考查了系统动力学因素对细粒钛铁矿油团聚行为的影响,揭示了油团聚过程动力学的规律。实验结果表明:油团聚过程是一个动态过程,系统动力学因素对细粒钛铁矿油团聚有显著影响:聚团生长速率符合一级反应速率方程:聚团粒度分布具有自持性,符合作者导出的粒度特性方程—OASD方程。
A study of dynamics of oil agglomeration of fine ihnenite is gieven in this Paper. The anthors investigate the effect of system dynamic factors on oil agglomeration of fine ilmenite, and reveal the law of oil agglomeration dynamics. The experimental results show that the process of oil agglomeration is a dynamic Process, in which the system dynamic factors have a great effect on oil agglomeration of fine ilmenite. The growth rate of agglomerates is in aggreement with a first-order equation of reaction rate, and the size distribution of agglomerates, having a selfmaintaining property, is in agreement with the size characteristic equation—OASD derived by the authors.
