Following an introduction to the preparation of ultralow-ash coal by oil agglomeration, the paper elaborates on the effect on oil agglomeration produced by a number of factors, such as structural characteristics, surface property and size of coal, nature, type and dosage of binding oil, and mixing time and speed, as well as the tread and perspective of this technology.
