摘要
分析了某铸钢车轮试样热喷涂层热疲劳试验断口特征。在铸钢车轮材料表面分别热喷涂铁基和镍基两种合金涂层,进行450℃-20℃下热疲劳试验,对断口形貌进行观察。研究发现,铁基与镍基涂层的抗氧化能力优于铸钢车轮材料,表面氧化腐蚀是涂层试样热疲劳损伤的一种主要形式。在热循环过程中涂层本身出现一些开裂,但韧性涂层并未剥落,涂层层状结构阻碍了裂纹向基体的传播,涂层保护了基体。相比之下,镍基涂层效果更好。
The fracture behavior of Fe-based and Ni-based thermally sprayed coatings on wheel cast steel has been investigated under the thermal fatigue test at 450℃-20℃. Test results show that both of the coated specimens have better oxidation resistances than non-coated ones, and surface oxidation decarbonization is one of the leading forms of thermal fatigue damages. Cracks have been found inside the coatings in the process of thermal cycling. However, the tough coatings have not stripped, and the layer structure of coatings has prevented cracks from propagating into the inner parts of the specimens. Therefore, both of the coatings have improved the thermal fatigue performance of the specimens effectively. Compared with the Fe-based coating, the Nibased coating exhibits a better effect.
