摘要
采用负压铸渗法制备了铸铁表面FeCr复合渗层,观察了渗层与基体结合形貌并研究了渗层的热疲劳性能。结果表明:渗层组织致密,与基体结合良好。在热循环过程中渗层与基体表面出现了不同程度的氧化现象,渗层的抗热疲劳性优良。
FeCr surface infiltrated layer was fabricated on cast iron substrate through vacuum infiltration casting technology.The appearance of combing between layer and substrate is observed,and thermal fatigue property of the infiltrated layer is investigated.The results show that the microstructure of layer is compact,and the combination with substrate is good.Certain oxidation happened on layer and substrate during thermal circulate course,the thermal fatigue resistance property of layer is excellent.
