摘要
以低压铸造铝合金车轮生产工艺为主线,分析了生产过程中对车轮材料力学性能的影响因素,着重阐述了铝锭内部品质及熔炼工艺、铸造装备及配套设备、铸造工艺与模具结构、热处理工艺控制的重要性。
Based on the production process of low pressure die casting aluminum wheel, the effect factors of mechanical property for aluminum wheel in production were analyzed. It focused on the importance of aluminum ingot internal quality and melting process, casting equipments, casting process and die structure and heat treatment process.
