摘要
应用流式细胞仪（FCM）对35例结直肠癌及正常大肠粘膜的细胞DNA含量进行分析，以探讨其和病理组织学及预后的关系。结果表明，35例直肠癌中26例（74．3％）为DNA异倍体．DNA指数（DI）与病理分级及Dukes’分期相关，DNA倍体与病理类型及Dukes’分期无关。因此DNA含量与患者预后有关．
Thirty-five cases of colorectal cancer and control colorectal mucosa were analysed by flow cytometry for DNA content in order to study their relation to histopathology and prognosis. The result showed that DNA Content of 26 out 35 cases (74. 3% ) were aneuploid, and a correlation was noticed between the DNA Index (DI) and Dukes' classification and the grading. There was no correlation between DNA ploidy and Dukes' classification and differentiation of tumors. Therefore, DNA content detected by flow cytometry is of prognostic value for colorectal cancer.
