摘要
社会科学成果具有抽象性、间接性、模糊性与长期性,对其作出公正的评价和排序是一项复杂和困难的工作。通过建立TOPSIS法的定量评价模型,在同行专家定性评价的基础上进行定量分析,使评价和排序更具有客观性、公正性和公平性。
It is a troublesome job to grade social science work impartially and objectively owing to its characteristics of being abstract, indirect, vague and protracted. Therefore, on the basis of experts＇ qualitative grading, this paper attempts to establish TOPSIS - based models to conduct quantitative grading for social science work so as to make the grading objective, fair and impartial.
