儿童铅中毒与事件相关电位P300的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】探讨儿童铅中毒与事件相关电位P300的关系,为早期发现铅中毒儿童认知障碍提供神经电生理的依据。【方法】铅中毒儿童230例与80例正常对照组儿童,采用丹迪Keypoint5.0诱发电位系统,进行事件相关电位P300测定,并将轻度、中度铅中毒儿童与健康对照组儿童的测定结果进行比较。【结果】铅中毒儿童事件相关电位P300Cz、Pz潜伏期明显延长、与正常对照组相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。中度铅中毒较轻度铅中毒儿童的P300潜伏期延长,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】由于P300潜伏期与儿童的认知功能有关,故事件相关电位P300有可能作为无临床表现的铅中毒儿童早期认知功能评价的有效指标。 [Objective] To explore the relationship between event related potential P300 and lead poisoning of children. [Methods] Event related potential P300 was carried out with Medtronic Dantec Keypoint5.0 system on 230 children of lead poisoning and 80 normal children. The results of measurement were assessed and compared in light degree and middle degree lead poisoning of children with health control children. [Results] The latent period of P300 Cz,Pz showed a significant difference between the all lead poisoning group and normal control group (P〈0.01). P300 latent period of lead poisoning group was significantly longer than that of normal control group. The lead poisoning of middle degree group and no difference(P〉0.05) that of light degree group(P〉0.05). [Conclusion] Event related potential P300 are an availably deliberated index to cognize function when lead poisoning of children have not clinical symptom in the earlier period.
