摘要
目的 探讨正常儿童听觉P300 及其地形图与心理评分的关系。方法 应用诱发电位地形图仪检测39例6~15 岁正常儿童的听觉P300 及P300 地形图, 并与智商(intelligence quotient,IQ)进行相关性分析。结果 正常儿童P300 潜伏期及波幅3 个年龄组比较有显著性差别,年龄越小P300 潜伏期越长波幅越低。年龄、IQ 与P300潜伏期呈显著负相关。P300 地形图显示正常电位分布,顶区中央部Pz 点功率值最高。结论 听觉P300 及其地形图检测是评价正常儿童认知功能的一种客观方法。
ObjectiveTo explore P300 and P300 topography in relation to IQ in normal children. MethodsBy evoked potential instrument, auditory P300 and P300 topography were obtained from 39 normal children at the age of 6 to 15 years,and multilinear regression analysis was conducted on the age, IQ and P300 latency. ResultsSignificant differences among three groups were found in P300 latency and amplitude.With younger age of normal children, P300 latency became longer,and P300 amplitude lower. A highly significant negative correlation was observed among age ,IQ and P300 latency variability. The normal voltage distribution was demonstrated in P300 topography. The highest power of P300 topography was on the Pz site.ConclusionThe measurement of auditory P300 and P300 topography are objective means for the evaluation of cognitive function in normal children.
