摘要
在空气中900~1200℃的高温下,研究了添加Y2O3常压烧结AlN陶瓷的氧化行为。用电光天平测量了氧化后AlN陶瓷的相对质量变化△m随氧化温度及时间的变化规律。运用扫描电镜(SEM)。
The oxidation behavior of aluminum nitride ceramics sintered under normal pressure,containing Y 2O 3 as a sintering aid was investigated. Samples were exposed to air at temperatures from 900℃ to 1000℃.Variations of relative mass of the sample correlated to temperature and time was investigated by the electrooptic balance.The morphology of AlN surface was studied by SEM,and the phase on the sample surface was analyzed using the XRD method.
