摘要
针对某微型客车后悬架横拉杆在可靠性试验中出现的断裂现象,利用有限元法对断裂的原因进行了分析。提出两种改进方案,并从应力、质量、经济性等方面对两种方案进行对比分析,从而确定了最优改进方案。将改进后的产品重新装车,在可靠性试验中,无类似现象发生。
According to the fracture of the transverse rod bracket of a mini bus rear suspension in the reliability test,apply the FEM to analyze the causes.We present two improvement methods and make a comparative analysis between the stress,quality and economy of two improvement methods,finally determine the optimum improvement method.There is no similar problem in the reliability test of the mini bus,which is reassembled with the improved transverse rod bracket.
