摘要
以某载货汽车驾驶室上横梁内板为例,通过传统分析方法与考虑冲压过程板厚变化的方法进行对比,研究冲压过程引起的板厚变化对车身构件疲劳性能的影响。研究结果表明,板料厚度减薄虽然对车对车身构件的应力影响不大,但对其疲劳寿命的影响十分严重;冲压过程中板厚变化对车身构件疲劳性能的影响是通过对其应力变化的影响传递而来。
Taking the upper cross member inner plate of a truck cab as example,this paper,by comparing the traditional analytical method with the method which considers thickness change after stamping,studies the impact on fatigue performance of the thickness changes of the body components after stamping.The study results show that,although reduction on thickness of sheet metal does not have significant impact on body component stress,whereas it has serious effect on the fatigue life;the impact of sheet metal changes on fatigue performance of body components after stamping is transferred through its effect on stress variation.
