摘要
针对某车型悬置系统支架断裂的问题,通过对各种影响因素进行详细分析,确定产生该问题的主要原因。针对各个影响因素进行整改优化,经过理论分析与试验验证,通过优化支架结构、支架材料、装配工艺有效解决了支架断裂问题,将其控制在设计要求范围内,提升了悬置系统可靠性及整车可靠性。
For the moment fracture problem of mount system bracket,it's found the primary reason through fault treeanalysis of various influence factors in detail.Advanced optimize method for every influence factor.After theoreticalanalysis and experimental verification,by optimize bracket structure,material and assembly process,the problem iseffectively solved.The reliability of the mount system and the vehicle is improved.
