摘要
合成了川芎嗪体内主要代谢产物２－羟甲基－３，５，６－三甲基吡嗪．以川芎嗪为阳性对照观察了它对血液流变性的影响。
2 Hydroxymethyl 3,5,6 trimethyl pyrazine was synthesized.It is the essential intracorporal metabolite of tetramethyl pyrazine.Tetramethyl pyrazine was taken for positive control and compared among them on its rheologic parameters.It was found that both drugs showed no significant difference.
