摘要
以二环己基碳二亚胺(DCCI)为缩合剂,用聚乙二醇-2000-二酸来修饰2 羟甲基 3,5,6 三甲基吡嗪,产率69%。通过熔点、IR和1HNMR对产物进行了表征,熔点为45~48℃;红外特征吸收为1747cm-1(CO),1254cm-1(C—O—C);1HNMR为1 9(—CH3,3H,s),2 2(—CH3,6H,s),4 2(—CH2—,2H,s),3 6(—OCH2—,multi-H,s)。
Polyethylene glycol grafted 2-hydroxymethyl-3,5,6-trimethylpyrazine is prepared in 69% yield by condensation of polyethylene glycol dicarboxylic acid and 2-hydroxymethyl-3,5,6-trimethylpyrazine with dicydohexylcarbodiimide(DCCI) as condensating agent.The product is characterized by melting point,FTIR and^1HNMR:m.p.45~48 ℃;IR absorption 1747 cm^(-1)(CO),1254 cm^(-1)(C—O—C);~1HNMR δ =1 .9(—CH_3,3H,s),2 .2(—CH_3,6H,s),4 .2(—CH_2—,2H,s),3 .6(—OCH_2—,multi-H,s).
