摘要 当今世界,先进的薪酬管理理念和原则是,以人为本,注重员工参与和潜能开发的开发型薪酬管理。然而,内蒙古传统服务业的薪酬管理却十分落后,表现为观念陈旧、管理水平低下、体系设计不健全、操作不规范、发放不透明等。对此,要更新观念、完善制度、公开支付薪酬,以促进传统服务业的发展。 Nowadays, the concept and principle of advanced salary management is the people-oriented, developing salary management which emphasizes the participation of the working staff and the development of potential. However, the salary management of traditional service industry in Inner Mongolia is rather backward. There are such problems as the stereotyped management concept, the low management level, the unsound system design, the non-standardized operation and the unclear distribution system, etc. Therefore, in order to develop the traditional service industry, it is necessary to innovate on the concept, perfect the system and publicize the distribution of salary.
