摘要
事业单位财务管理工作在宏观经济管理中具有重要的地位。但长期以来,其财务管理理念落后,会计基础薄弱,财务操作不规范,会计监督不到位,亟待改革和提高。
Financial management of public institutions has an important position in macroeconomic management.For a long time,its financial management concept falls behind,accounting foundation is weak,financial operations are not standardized,accounting supervision is not in place,so it is in need of reform and improvement.
