摘要
目的:以5-羟甲基糠醛及熟地黄总糖含量为评价指标,优选熟地黄最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计进行优选,RP-HPLC法测定5-羟甲基糠醛含量,苯酚-硫酸法测定总糖含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为浸泡4h,第1次加12倍量水,提取120min,第2次加10倍量水,提取90min。结论:优选出的工艺科学合理。
OBJECTIVE To explore the optimum extracting conditions for Radix Rehrnanniae Praeparata. METHODS The orthogonal design was taken for the optinization, the content of 5 HMF was determined by RP-HPLC and the content of total saccharide was measured with the phenol-sulfuric acid method. RESULTS The optimum extracting conditions for Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata were as follows: soaking 4 hours, extracting 2 times with 120 minutes for the first time and 90 minutes for the second time, and the added amount of water was 12 times and 10 times respectively. CONCLUSION The optimum extracting procedure is scientific, reasonable and stable.
