摘要
分析当今国际上一些国家和地区学位标准的特征和特性,指出我国学位标准不能停滞不前,而要与时俱进。
The characteristics and properties of the standard of academic degrees of several countries and regions in contemporary world are analyzed. It is pointed out that our hational standard of academic degrees must keep up with the time but not be stagnated.
