摘要
在碱性条件下,维生素B4对鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光有较强的增敏作用。基于此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定维生素B4的新方法。在优化的条件下,维生素B4浓度在1.0×10^-5~1.0×10^-2g/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3×10^-6g/L,对2.0×10^-3g/L维生素B4平行测定11次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%。该方法应用于片剂中维生素B4的测定,结果满意。
A novel sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence( FI- CL) method for the determination of Vitamin B4 ( VB4 ) in pharmaceutical preparation is presented. It is based on the strong enhancement of VB4 on the CL between Luminol and H2O2 in alkaline condition. Various factors 'affecting the CL emission intensity of the system have been studied. The enhancement of CL emission intensity is linear with the concentration of VB4 in the range of 1.0 x 10 5 _ 1.0 × 10^-2 g/L. The limit of detection is 3 × 10^-6 g/L(3σ). The relative standard deviation is 1.4% for 2.0 × 10^ -3 g/L VB4 solution in eleven replicate measurements. It has been successfully applied to the determination of VB4 in pharmaceutical preparation of tablets.
