摘要
我国高校试行学分制已经多年,但至今许多高校仍停留在学年学分制的基准上,因而不能满足学生自主学习的要求,也不能适应就业市场的需要。本文在分析目前高校实施学分制现状的基础上,着重对建立并落实选课制、选教制和导师制等配套措施进行探讨。
The credit system has been carried out in universities for years, while there are quite a few of them are stopping over the criteria for academic year and the credit system, and that＇s why this could neither satisfy students＇ request for self-study, nor the request of job markets. Based on the analysis of present situations of the credit system in universities, the article makes a probe into establishing and carrying out the necessary systems as course-selection system, teacher-selection system, and tutoring system.
