摘要
教学模式的改革和创新涉及教学理念、教学计划、教学大纲、教学策略的变革与教师队伍建设等方面。高职院校应改变重理论轻实习、不断追求高学历的思想,构建新型课程体系,建立一体化教师队伍;创新教学策略,突出技能培训,实行一体化教学。
The reformation and innovation of education teaching plan, teaching program, teaching strategy, and model involves the transformation of teaching idea, the construction of teacher troop etc. High vocational colleges should change the idea that values theory and despises practice, in order to pursue high school record un- ceasingly. For high vocational colleges, we should construct new curriculum system and establish the integrated teacher troop. Meanwhile, we should innovate teaching strategy and prominent skill training, and implement the integrated teaching.
