摘要 研究了搅拌转速、初糖浓度及通气量对兽疫链球菌StreptococcuszooepidemicusWSH24发酵生产透明质酸的影响.研究结果表明,搅拌转速对透明质酸产量及分子量影响很大,搅拌转速为200r/min时透明质酸产量达到5.3g/L,平均分子量达到1.88×106Da,产率系数为0.13g/g;初始葡萄糖浓度为65.8g/L时有利于透明质酸的生产,产量达5.9g/L,平均分子量达1.90×106Da,产率系数为0.17g/g;通气量对透明质酸的发酵也有较大影响,通气量为1.2L/(min-L)时透明质酸的产量及分子量均高于0.5L/(min-L)时的发酵结果. The effects of initial glucose concentration, agitation speed and aeration rate on hyaluronic acid (HA) production by Streptococcus zooepidemicus WSH24 were investigated in batch culture. The agitation speed had the most pronounced effect on HA yield and molecular weight. Under the condition of 200 r/min, the HA yield, YHA/C and molecular weight could reach 5.3 g/L, 0.13 g/g and 1.88×10^6 Da, respectively. When the initial glucose concentration was 65.8 g/L, the HA yield, YHA/C and molecular weight reached 5.9 g/L, 0.17 g/g and 1.90×10^6 Da, respectively. The aeration rate also affected HA fermentation. HA yield and molecular weight were higher at aeration rate of 1.2 L/(min-L) than those at 0.5 L/(min·L).
