摘要
从牛鼻粘膜中分离出一株产生透明质酸的细菌,经鉴定为兽疫链球菌(Streptococcuszooepidemicus),在葡萄糖为碳源的摇瓶发酵中产量为3.1g/L,具有微生物发酵法生产透明质酸的潜力.
Hyaluronic acid is a biological product for medicine and cosmetics. We isolated a strain produced hyaluronic acid from ox snout, which is identified as Streptococcus zooepidemicus by colon morphology and biochemical characters. The yield of hyaluronic acid is 3.1 g/L in batch fermentation with glucose for carbon source. It has the applying potential for industrial fermentation.
