摘要
社区工作者是加强城市社区建设的主力军。由于他们的职业身份不明确,现实中存在的诸多问题使得社区工作者不适应新型社区建设的需要。因此,明确社区工作者的职业身份,进行专业化、职业化、规范化的管理,建设一支高素质的社区工作者队伍是当务之急。
Community workers are the main force for the construction of urban communities. Because their vague identity leads to many problems, they cannot meet the needs for the construction of new communities. Thus, it is urgent to have a high - quality team of community workers by clarifying their career identity to achieve a professional and standard management.
