摘要
随着我国改革进程的加快、社会转型的加速,许多社会问题引起了公众的广泛关注。社会工作专业人才是社会的"减压阀"、"减震器",是预防和解决社会问题的生力军,是建设和谐社会的重要力量。培养造就一支职业化、专业化的社会工作人才队伍,对于协调社会关系,提高社会管理服务水平,维护社会和谐稳定,意义深远。有效地培养职业化、专业化的社会工作人才,应破解以下难题:澄清对社会工作人才的认识;提升社会工作专业化的水平;明晰社会工作职业化的路径;提高社会工作规范化的程度;拓展社会工作本土化的领城。
With the rapid development of social reform and transformation, many social problems attract the public's wide attention. Professional social workers are the social reducing valve and shock absorber, are fresh activists to prevent and solve social problems, and are important power to build harmonious society. Hence, it is significant to cultivate and develop an army of professional social workers for coordinating social relations, improving service standard on social management, and maintain social harmony and stability. However, we should solve the following difficulties: to clarify recognition on social workers, to advance professional standard on social work, to define professional way of social work, to increase the degree of social work, and to expand the field of localization.
