摘要
研究了以银电极为指示电极,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,用自动电位滴定法测定维生素B1含量。探讨了该分析方法的工作电极的选择、滴定剂浓度等实验条件。在最佳实验条件下,对维生素B1含量进行测定,并与紫外分光光度法加以比较。实验均用AgNO3标准溶液滴定,通过电位突跃来判断滴定终点。该方法的标准偏差约为4.51×10^-4,相对标准偏差为0.78%,加标回收率为99.2%-100.7%。
Determination of the concentration of Vitamin B, by the method of automatic potentiometric titration was studied by using silver electrode as indicator electrode and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode. The experimental conditions such as the selection of working electrode and the concentration of the titrant etc. were studied. The concentrations of Vitamin B1 in standard samples and unpolished rice determined under optimal experiment conditions were compared with the results of ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Standard AgNO3 solution was used for titration, and the end point of titration was obtained through the jump of potential. The standard deviation is approximately 4.51 ×10^-4 , the relative standard deviation is 0.78% and the average recovery fraction is 99.2% - 100.7%. This method is rapid, simple, convenient and accurate.
