摘要
大学生欠费之风盛行,影响学校正常运转,成为当前困扰高校发展的突出问题。恶意欠费具有学校差异、年龄差异、成绩差异、性别差异、班级差异等特点。产生这样的情况,主要由于社会舆论、学校管理、班主任工作和学生自身等方面的原因所造成。消除恶意欠费,先要确认恶意欠费,做到这一点,就要从学生的日常行为、欠费学生的班级分布等方面入手作调查研究。在此基础上,通过提供勤工助学岗位、完善管理制度和做好家长工作等途径和方法,来达到消除恶意欠费的目的。
That owing college tuition prevails among students, which influences the college normal operation, has become a severe problem of blocking the development of colleges. It presents different characteristics in different colleges, grades, scores, gender and classes. Public opinion, college management, the work of the teacher in charge of a whole class and students＇ own problems are the main reasons of the emergence of this problem. To dispel this problem we should affirm it ahead. To make this step come true we should initiate investigation on students＇ routine activities and the class distribution of students who owe college tuition. On basic of this step, we will realize the aim of dispelling the problem by providing part-time jobs, improving management regulations and persuading students＇ parents.
