摘要
随着教育体制改革的深化和高校的快速发展,高校学费收入成为教育经费的主要部分,如何在保证所有学生圆满完成学业的前提下,减少学费拖欠金额,保证教育事业的顺利发展,成为高校迫切需要解决的问题。作者结合实际经验,提出几点解决思路,以供探讨。
With the deepening of educational system retorm and the rapier development of untversties，the tuition fee has become the main revenue of the educational budget. It is an urgent problem to be solved to guarantee the smooth development of educational cause on the premise of guaranteeing that all the students can complete their education programs and reducing the sum of the arrears of the tuition fee. The author suggests some measures for further discussion.
