摘要
近年来,高校在校生恶意欠费问题越来越引人瞩目。本文在界定恶意欠费概念的基础上概括出大学生恶意欠费的现状,从相关法律的不健全、高校收费管理制度存在漏洞、恶意欠费和一般欠费在实践中存在模糊性以及大学生诚信意识的缺失等方面分析了恶意欠费的原因,在此基础上,从多个层面提出了解决恶意欠费问题的途径。
In recent years, the phenomenon of students owing college tuition on purpose is more and more serious . This paper summerizes the current situation of the problem on the basis of the definition of students owing college tuition on purpose. And then , the paper analyzes the reasons from the insumeiency of law ,-the loopholes in management system of colleges, the fuzziness of general owing tuition and owing tuition on purpose , the lack of good faith of college students. Based on these resons ,this paper gives some countermeasures from different perspectives.
