摘要
人本主义心理学主张教育目标应该是发展人的潜能,认为学生学习的内在动机是自我实现,并倡导以学生为中心的教育和非指导性教学。这些人本主义心理学理论为我国当前高等职业技术教育的改革提供了重要的启示。
Humanistic psychology thinks that teaching aim should develop the potentiality of people. It thinks that students' internal motivation will be the self-actualization. It advocates that teachers should regard students as the centre, and carry out non-directive-teaching. This theory offers som, important enlightenment for the higher vocational education reform of our country at present.
