摘要
分别对药物和电刺激诱发癫 组、血小板活化因子(PAF)拮抗剂BN52021预处理组和正常组小鼠,全脑和血浆PAF含量进行测定(高效薄层层析法)。结果表明,癫 组全脑组织PAF含量均显著高于正常组,而血浆PAF含量仅电刺激组增高,PAF拮抗剂预处理组小鼠,电刺激后未出现癫 发作,而且其脑组织和血浆PAF含量不增高。上述结果提示BN52021可对抗癫 发作,脑内PAF可能参与癫 病理过程。
In this paper,the contents of platelet activiting factor(PAF)of brain and plasma were determined in mice treated with strychnine,electro-stimulation,and PAF antagonist BN52021 respectively. Normal mice were used as control.The results showed that the PAF contents of brain in mice with epilepsia was higher than in the controls,and PAF contents of plasma was increased only in the electro-stimulation group,but there as no change of PAFcontents of brain and plasma in the BN 52021 pre-treated group in which no epilepsia was observed after electro-stimulation. These results suggest that BN 52021 might oppose episode of epilepsia and the increased PAF contents in brain might play a role in the pathogenesis of epilepsia.
