摘要
目的 明确针刺治疗偏头痛的临床疗效 ,探讨针刺治疗偏头痛的生化学机制。方法 将 63例偏头痛患者随机分为针刺组和对照组 ,观察临床疗效及治疗前后血中 PAF、TXB2 、6-酮 - PGF1 a含量 ,并选择 2 0名健康人作为正常对照组。结果 针刺治疗偏头痛 ,总有效率达 90 .6% ,优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) ;偏头痛患者 PAF、TXB2 、6-酮 - PGF1 a含量经针刺治疗后有改善 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 针刺治疗偏头痛疗效明显 ;针刺对偏头痛患者血中 PAF、TXB2 、6-酮 - PGF1
Purpose To prove the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on migraine and investigate its biochemical mechanism. Method Sixty three migraine patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a control group. The clinical curative effect, and blood PAF, TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1a contents before and after treatment were observed. Twenty healthy persons were selected as a normal control group. Results The total effective rate from acupuncture treatment of migraine reached 90.6%, which was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.01). PAF, TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1a contents decreased in migraine patients after acupuncture. Conclusion Acupuncture has a marked curative effect on migraine. PAF, TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1a are all involved in the pathologic process of migraine. Acupuncture has a regulative effect on blood PAF, TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1a in migraine patients.
