介绍了一种新型果蔬产品———果蔬微粉片的开发工艺流程,分析了产品开发过程中所遇果蔬纤维湿法超细粉碎和混合造粒等关键技术,并对产品开发的市场前景进行预测。
This paper introduced the development of a new fruit-vegetable Tablets . Analysed the key technologies faced during the development of the products:technology for the wet ultra-fine pulverization of fruit-vegetable fibre and mixing granulation. The market foreground of the product development is predicted in the article.
