摘要
应用激光荧光光谱技术对人体肝癌组织与正常肝组织切片进行了研究;并用峰值波长、峰半高宽、峰不对称因子几个物理量对研究结果作了分析和比较,揭示了病变与正常肝组织之间光谱的差异,为激光荧光光谱技术应用于肝癌诊断提供有用数据。
The authors of this article have studied laser fiuorescence spectrum of both cancerous and normal tissues of human liver,Physical parameters like peak wavelength,Width at half-peak height,peak non-sym-metry factor of such spectrum have been analyzed and compared.The results of this research have revealed thedifference between spectrum of liver cancer and those of notmal liver tissues. Useful information for application oflaser fluorescence spectrum to diagnosis of liver cancer is presented;
