摘要
目的发展一种新型的分析方法用于维生素B2和B6的联合检测。方法基于葡聚糖凝胶CM-C25对维生素B6的选择性吸附,采用液滴荧光分析方法对维生素B2和B6混合溶液进行检测。结果维生素B2和B6在浓度分别为10~10000μg/L和10~3000μg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限分别为5μg/L和6μg/L。该方法用于人工合成样品及复合维生素B药片中维生素B2和B6的检测,获得满意的结果。结论该方法快速、灵敏,可用于制药工业中维生素B2和B6含量的检测。
Objective To develop a novel method for simultaneous determination of vitamin B2 and B6. Methods Based on the selective sorption of Sephadex CM-C25 resin for vitamin B6, a renewable drop spectrofluorimetry was used for simultaneous determination of vitamin B2 and B6 in a mixed solution. Results Linear calibration curves were obtained over the range of 10~10 000 μg/L and 10 ~ 3 000 μg/L for vitamin B2 and B6 with determination limits of 5 μg/L and 6 μg/L respectively. This method had been applied to determination of vitamin B2 or B6 in B complex tablets and synthetic mixture with satisfactory results. Conclusion This is a rapid and sensitive method for determination of vitamin B2 or B6 content.Thus it might be used in pharmaceutical industry.
