摘要
目的 研究药物诱发肝癌小白鼠的血清荧光光谱。方法 用 5 32nm激光诱导荧光 ,多功能光栅光谱仪获得药物诱发肝癌小白鼠的血清荧光光谱。结果 肝癌小白鼠与健康小白鼠血清荧光光谱在 5 86nm和 70 8nm附近都有 2个锐峰 ,但肝癌小白鼠血清荧光光谱的这 2个锐峰蓝移了约 2nm ;健康小白鼠血清荧光光谱在这 2个锐峰之间没有谱峰 ,而肝癌小白鼠的血清荧光光谱在这 2个锐峰之间有 2个明显的谱峰 ,分别在 6 15nm和 6 4 3nm处 ,且强度较大。结论 肝癌小白鼠的血清荧光光谱有很强的特异性。
Objective To study the fluorescence spectrum of the serum from the mice bearing drug-induced liver cancers (H22).Methods The fluorescence was induced with 532 nm laser. The fluorescence spectrum was acquired and displayed on the multifunction grating spectrometer.Results There were two razor-edges by 586 nm and 708 nm in the spectra both of the liver- cancer mice and of the healthy mice, but the two razor-edges of the former ahowed a slight blue shift for about 2 nm. As a rule, there were no spectral summits between these two razor-edges in the case of healthy mouse; however, there were two definite spectral summits located at 615 nm and 643 nm in the fluorescence spectrum of liver- cancer mouse serum, characterizing the presence of cancer.Conclusion The fluorescence spectrum of liver-cancer mouse serum has obvious characteristics.
